Being in the healthcare industry, I see people at their worst. Every day people are suffering from heart attacks, strokes, and chronic illness and disease. Many of these disease processes are caused by their lifestyle choices. Poor diet, lack of exercise, alcohol, smoking, etc.

So, if our lifestyle can make us sick and cause disease, we can also CHANGE that by making our lifestyle BETTER.

Some of those who are the most at risk of having an unbalanced lifestyle are those that serve others. Military, Fire, EMS, Police, and health care workers… our first responders. Their chaotic schedules are the main cause of these unbalanced lifestyles.

I have been a nurse for 13+ years, and I traveled all over the country working on helicopters and airplanes. All while maintaining my own health and fitness and competing in bodybuilding.
