🍬 Ask for less syrup. The White Chocolate Peppermint Mocha has 4 pumps of syrup! WHAT?! Each pump is about 25 calories of sugar and carbs. By asking for half or even 1 less than the traditional recipe, you can save lots of calories and added sugar.
🙅♀️ Skip the drizzle and sprinkles. All of these are just more added sugar, so by opting out; you save calories and carbs :)
🥤If you want to splurge on an original recipe, opt for a smaller size and get it the way it comes. You will still enjoy it and savor it, but sizing up can add 200 calories :)
