Ask yourself these three questions...

Physical activity is so much more important to your overall health than you realize. Our bodies were NOT meant to sit still. Chronic aches and pains are often times from prolonged periods of inactivity or poor posture. Instead of looking at workouts as one more thing on your to-do list, what about looking for ways to get in movement in your life? Ask yourself these three questions...

What activity do I enjoy doing?

How can I do more of that?

How much time do I realistically have?

Now put it together.

Here's an example:

1. I love yoga.

2. I could join a hot yoga class that just started at my gym.

3. I realistically have one 1 hour per week.

I am attending hot yoga at my gym 1 time on Thursdays.
