Take modifications where needed
Push Ups
Squats
Plank Shoulder Taps
Left Lunge
Sit Ups
Right Lunge
Bicycle Crunches
Tricep Dips or Tricep Push Ups
Glute Bridge
Burpees or Jumping Jacks
Complete 4 rounds for time.
